The Orlando Magic, led by Dwight Howard aka The Daily Double, beat the Charlotte Bobcats, 109-90. Howard scored 18 points and 10 rebounds. Grant Hill returned to action for the Magic and scored 16 points. Much of the Magic regular season lineup was out due to injuries. Tony Battie, Jameer Nelson, Hedo Turkoglu, Carlos Arroyo, J.J. Redick, Trevor Ariza were all out for tonight's game.
The game was not on TV, but could be listened to on radio or over the Internet at NBA.com. I believe all the preseason games will be broadcast free on NBA.com as a preview to their paid services. The first half was close as the Magic worked to get things going. In the second half, the team started to play better and the final score shows the result. Keith Bogans did well in his second Magic debut, scoring 14 points. Darko Milicic was quiet for most of the night.
The Magic did a good job on the boards tonight and a decent job with the assists. Turnovers however will need to improve as the Magic turned the ball over 18 times tonight. Everyone who played was able to score. I'd like to hear a little more from Pat Garrity - he only scored 2 points in 14 minutes. We're going to need his outside shot this year.

Happy times are a-coming! Season's about to start, magic is winning and your blog starts again!
Seriously, I missed your ramblings for the last few months.
Oh, I've been around. With over 400 posts - you can't say it's about the winning that makes me write.
Seriously, there wasn't much to write about. The offseason was fairly quiet this year - and Team USA wasn't exactly all that exciting. As the season picks up, the activity around here will pick up as well. Also, I might start introducing some opinion on other topics from around the NBA.
Thanks for visiting.
