In one of the loudest games I have been to in awhile, the Magic lose a tough one to the Chicago Bulls in overtime, 116-12. The Bulls just had all the little things go there way tonight. They played aggressive and energetic. The win was a good momentum builder for the Bulls as the beat one of the hottest teams in the NBA right now.
Hedo Turkoglu dropped 32 points and 9 rebounds on the Bulls - and at times appeared to be the only one that wanted to take a shot. Dwight Howard played a great game tonight, contributing 22 points and 14 rebounds. However, I think Howard was fatigued down the stretch and in overtime. I think this was probably a result of poor player rotation tonight. We definitely could have seen more of Bo Outlaw and even a little Pat Garrity to help get the team through a couple weak moments in the third and fourth quarters.
The difference in tonight's game was in the assist-turnover ration. The Magic committed 20 turnovers and had only 18 assists. By comparison, the Bulls had 14 turnovers and 27 assists.
Tough game to lose, but the Magic played hard until the end. Hard to find any fault in that.
