In what was probably the worst game in NBA preseason history, the Magic pull out the win over the Memphis Grizzlies, 67-65. Only three Magic players scored in double figures with Jameer Nelson the top scorer with 12 points. The game came down to the last play of the game when Pat Garrity nailed a runner for the win. Dwight Howard finished with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Kelvin Cato played 21 minutes in his first extended minutes of the preseason.
