Game notes - Magic @ Bucks

The Magic played a little better tonight, however they could not manage to pull out the win in the end. The Milwaukee Bucks capitalize on the Magic's 20 turnovers and win the game, 113-103. Dwight Howard posted 19 points and 15 rebounds and Brandon Huner recodrs a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

The Magic rebounded very well and shot the ball decently. Howaever, the Bucks were more agressive and ended up at the line 38 times. The free throws in this game definitely played a difference in the ending of this game. The Magic only lost by 10, and the Bucks scored 9 of that difference on the free throw line. We can't down play the turnovers though. Twenty turnovers is hard to overcome, especially when it seemed as if the Bucks were scoring off almost every one.

We finally got a peak at what Howard can do when the team is actually trying to get him the ball. When Howard is on the floor, the Magic are a different team. They have a different attitude and they seem to play harder. I'm having a hard time understanding why it is so hard to get a basketball into the middle of the floor to a guy that is 6'11" and 265 pounds. It's not like we're trying to post up Andre Barrett and guys are reaching over the top of him. Throw the rook the rock.
