Back-to-back wins for the Magic. They play a tough game in Washington, winning 103-97. The starting five absolutely carried us through this game. The "Franchise" Steve Francis drops 32 points and contributes 7 assists and 9 rebounds. Dwight Howard posts another double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Defensively, the team did what it needed to go to get the W tonight. The Wizards were off a little offensively tonight, but the Magic took advantage. In the second quarter, the Magic came out and built up the lead that lasted until the fourth quarter.
Tonight, the Magic put themselves in a position to win the game. And with guys like Grant Hill and Steve Francis, if you're close enough at the end - well - they do what they do. Francis nailed a turnaround jumper late in the game to help seal the deal. With this win, the Magic picked up some ground in the playoff hunt.
