Ok, a lot of you have been asking where I have been. Right here. Laying low, keeping my mouth shut. I was convinced that if I could just bite my tongue and have a little patience the NBA gods would look down upon us and present the draft lottery to us.
We won! I don't know why it feels like Christmas - but it does. T-Mac, Okafor, possibly Grant Hill @ESPN" href="http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?statsId=2626" target="_blank">Grant Hill. The rest of the team is up in the air - but with the addition of Okafor - you can believe there will be a lot of changes in the power forward position in the upcoming months.
I think we might just have the hype to land a good free agent or two. And who knows, we might get something out of Lue and Howard yet.

Orlando Magic basketball - it's fairweather faaaaantastic! Just kidding. Welcome back to the blogosphere and congrats on your team's good fortune. It would not shock me if the Magic made the playoffs next season.
Heck, it wouldn't shock me if they got past the first round. Congrats. Me, my home-state team, the Bucks, are still in debt, and my fave team, the Wolves, don't have a first-round pick till next year. Ikes.
