After only 8 days on the job, Isiah Thomas is making some major moves over in New York. They traded Clarence Weatherspoon (recently placed on injured list by Thomas) to the Rockets for Moochie Norris and John Amaechi. According to sources, Amaechi will be waived.
For those unfamiliar - Amaechi was our starting/backup forward/center for a few years. Remember - he is the one that would bury his face into his hands or a towel during the National anthem.
So, who wants to bet that Gabriel makes an attempt to sign Amaechi? Ugh - here we go again.

John Gabriel's biggest problem is how he is going to get out of the 'McGrady Hell-Hole' that everyone in management has allowed to be dug for themselves!! Do we really need a guy that can only play well if no one is guarding him; and then, when it becomes too hard or painful, what does he do - he quits during the first quarter, goes to the locker room, places a heat-pack on his 'sore' muscles, takes a shower and goes home before the game ends!! I think we've heard about every limp-assed excuse from the 'Clue-Less' one that has ever been conjured; first it's the zone, next his thumb, then his teammates aren't carrying their share of the load, followed by a sprained arch, and now his 'bad' back is bothering him; the latter is likely due to the weight of the team on his shoulders!! If McGrady is having these types of 'physical' problems at his young age - imagine what it will be like in a few more years!! Well - there's one thing for sure - the Magic's problems won't be solved this year!!
In a way grumps you are right. Mcgrady doesnt try his best and he complains too much when he is struggling. Oh my hip hurts, oh my back hurts. He should just go out there and give it their best shot. This pussy attitude leads to the team being pussy. Why do people block their shots and outrebound them and dominate points in the paint? Because they are pussies. The only exception is Decqlercq who goes out to play every night and tries his very best. And he is 30 years old when you have the young ones like T-mac, Gooden, and Hunter just dont have as much passion and energy. Critics like too say the magic are undersized. No they just lack enthusiasm. Only two teams we are undersized too and thats L.A. and Houston. Bogans is also good too. He is a guy who is 6-5 and can easily get 8-12 rebounds any given night.
