Orlando Sentinel is reporting a few comments being traded back and forth between Doc and management. Like I have said before, I think Doc is a good coach - just not the right coach for this team. I agree we need someone new to bring this team to life and make a few changes. However, nothing will change much unless the management is overhauled along with this change. We have been sitting idle for too long now watching a bunch of blundering idiots get rich off our hard earned money. Gabriel should be the first to go - if nothing more than to show that the blame is not entirely on Doc.

Well - They choked in the countdown to glory again!! I think coach Sloan said it best - 'when a few players and their agents are running, or think they are running the team, then nothing will change'!! What I said was that I thought that the players had a grudge; but I like coach Sloan's analogy best, and unless and until the ownership gives a clear and convincing message to management; then nothing will change - further, I don't believe the DeVos organization has the where-with-all for the changes required!!
