Game Notes - San Antonio

I only saw the last half of the game - and can only speak for what I saw. The Magic were hanging in until about 4 or 5 minutes to go in the third. They stopped driving to the basket and started to settle for more jumpers. When a team only shoots jumpers - they become fairly easy to defend. At that point - Tim Duncan really does not have to do much except rest up for his offensive set.

I am thinking we trade Howard for someone like Tyson Chandler or Kenyon Martin. We would be a much better rebounding and defensive team if we got either one of those two guys. We would lose some offense but defense and rebounding are more important. Orlando seemed like they were rebounding from their 19 game losing streak but now they lose two in a row (knicks the next time). I guess we cant deny the fact that our players play like pussy's and that will lead to more losing. We need an aggressive big man like Martin or Chandler, preferably chandler for he is 7'1 but Martin would be more then welcome. Gooden is like these guys but needs work on his game and aggressiveness. Some games he acts like those two and sometimes he acts like Hunter. So if a Howard trade could come through and we can get one of those two our team would be much better off.
