I am disgusted with some of the stuff I am reading coming back from the “Fan Relations” of the Orlando Magic. I will be posting full text of email correspondence of how they are treating a fan that has season tickets.
I will be attending the game on Monday vs. Indiana with my father. I will stick with the team throughout everything like I always have - but I am to the point that the executives and staff of the Magic and RDV are making me sick. This has by far, been the worst year I have ever seen in the form of customer relations and retention than any other season. Our record has nothing to do with the way people are treated.
