There is an article on ESPN providing an analysis on the Magic and the problems they are faced with. In the end, the opinions are similar to what I have posted over and over again. It all boils down to coaching and preparation for the games.

I would add just a bit more 'fuel' to the 'Diagnosis and Cure' fire - The Orlando Magic fans are just a bit more lackadaisical than in other markets; and of course that's part of the reason you will see this saga continued by the 'uninspired' Rich Devos and his franchise upper management - at least for now! It's a little like politicians who count on their career longevity by the 'non-involvement' of the electorate! Analogy - what do the fans do when the non-producer's dominate? - why, they simply vacate the arena by midway through the fourth quarter - and that's it, instead of voicing their opinions and supporting those demands with their only weapon – their wallets!
